2.    Access and use

By accessing and using this site (including registering for our online educational and coaching services), you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to make changes to them at any time without notice, so regularly check for updates. By using the site, following an update, you are agreeing to the terms of the update.

3.    Privacy and your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

4.    Ownership, copyright and confidentiality

The Content such as text, graphics, video, and other material of this website and all manuals, training and coaching materials provided by AthleticSocrates are Copyright © 2020. All Rights Reserved. All trademarks, service marks and logos used in this website are the property of AthleticSocrates.

You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute this Content in any way except as expressly provided for on this website or expressly authorized in writing by AthleticSocrates. You must not use the website, any Services or the Content in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or in any manner which violates any right or which is prohibited by the Terms and Conditions.

5.    Payments

Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and others), PayPal, Stripe or bank transfers. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your registration for a course if we have not received payment of the Fees strictly in accordance with the payment schedule you select.

If you fail to meet the above and payment is not made AthleticSocrates will pursue legal action for the outstanding fee and any legal costs incurred will be paid for by you.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of the purchase of the Services the fees are inclusive of VAT or other local taxes.

6.    CANCELLATIONS OF MEMBERSHIPS 

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time. Please be aware, that upon cancellation you will lose immediate access to your membership.

Money back guarantee is only valid for the first 30 days period. After that no refunds on any prior month.

Annual Subscription: By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. You may cancel your Annual Subscription any time before the next billing cycle. Please be aware, that upon cancellation you will lose immediate access to your membership.

Money back guarantee is only valid for the first 30 days period. After that no refunds on any prior month.

How to cancel my membership:

• You may cancel your Monthly Subscription or Annual Subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking on Support/My Orders  and following the cancellation procedures described there. If you need help, feel free to contact us using this email address: support@athleticsocrates.com. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription or Annual Subscription, the cancellation will take effect immediately. Meaning that you will immediately lose access to your Membership platform.

7.    Cancellations of courses

All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable)

All purchases are final.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the course start will be charged 50% of the course fee.

Cancellations made 60-30 days before the course start will be subject to 75% of the course fee.

Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full course registration fee.

8.    Cancellations of webinars

Payment must be received in full prior to the webinar start date. You must pay each invoice we issue within 10 days starting on the date issued. If you book any course within 30 days before the webinar is due to start, then payment is due immediately.

All cancellations must be received in writing (email acceptable) and are subject to the same conditions as courses.

Registrants who do not access the live webinar will be emailed a recording of the webinar or sent the slides if no recording is possible after the webinar, and will therefore be charged the full course registration fee. Link to this resources may expire after 48 hours.

Webinars are for individual use only and should not be shared. 

A confirmation will be emailed automatically to confirm receipt of your booking. Joining instructions will be sent prior to the webinar. 

9.    Booking confirmations

Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you automatically on receipt of your booking. Full joining instructions, including program timings and special instructions will be sent no later than one week prior to the course or immediately for those booking within one week of the course date. AthleticSocrates will not be held liable for any transport or accommodation costs in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled.

AthleticSocrates reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule events if necessary.  If necessary, AthleticSocrates reserves the right to change a course’s location within the same geographic area or shift the course to online instead of in-person. In the case of a cancellation by AthleticSocrates a full refund of course fees will be made.  In the event of a re-schedule, course fees will be transferred to the new date. Participants who cannot make the revised date should contact AthleticSocrates (hello@athleticsocrates.com). 

10.   Photography and video

On occasions, AthleticSocrates takes photographs and videos which may be used to help promote our Events and Courses (both online and in print). By booking or attending a course/event you are confirming that you are aware of this and have no objections to your image or voice appearing in any material issued by AthleticSocrates. However, if for any reason you do not wish AthleticSocrates to use your image or voice, please let us know. 

Recording and photography by participants is not permitted at any AthleticSocrates courses or events, unless an exception is specifically made in writing.

11.    Bad behavior WILL not BE tolerated

Within this website, or our courses we will not tolerate the distribution of (by whatever means) content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or that we otherwise deem distasteful or objectionable (at our sole discretion).

You are not permitted to use our chat areas, or E-mail service in any commercial manner. Any commercial solicitation by you of our other uses is prohibited. Violation of this clause may, at the discretion of AthleticSocrates, result in suspension or cancellation of your course without refund.

12.    If you send us something, you are giving us permission to use it

By submitting any materials to us, you are granting to us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use such materials in any way we may choose. This includes, but is not limited to, e-mails, WhatsApp, text message and discussion board or social media postings.

13.    Accuracy and changes

Facts and information provided by AthleticSocrates are believed to be accurate when placed on the website. Product offers, terms, course content and other information provided here are subject to change without notice.

AthleticSocrates reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services, the Content or this website (in part or whole) with or without notice.

14.    Termination

You agree that AthleticSocrates may terminate your use of the Services, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reasonable reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, if AthleticSocrates believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions, non-payment of the Fees, or for behavior or conduct inconsistent with the ethics set down by AthleticSocrates.

You agree that any termination of your access to the Services the Content or this website under any provision of this Terms and Conditions of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that AthleticSocrates may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Services.
